A University City man was charged and with several sex crimes in Rock Hill and St. Charles County after police in both areas said he had sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Nathaniel Davis, 49, of the 1200 block of North and South Road in University City, was charged Friday with three counts of statutory rape, five counts of statutory sodomy and one count of child molestation in St. Louis County Circuit Court.
Davis also was charged Thursday with two counts of statutory rape and two counts of child molestation in St. Charles County Circuit Court.

Rock Hill Police said Davis had sexual intercourse and subjected her to sexual contact on several occasions.
According to a police report, Davis blamed the girl. He told officers that she initiated sexual contact with him.

Davis is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail on the St. Louis County charges were set at $100,000. Bail for charges in St. Charles County was set at $150,000.
Both judges ordered him to have no contact with the victim.
