Dr. Deb Moberly is founder of University City, MO-based Children 1st (www.children1st.us) consultants. Dr. Moberly has more than 40 years of experience in parenting/early childhood development/education and has previously held positions as an Associate Professor and Early Childhood Coordinator in the Division of Teaching and Learning at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL), as a public school kindergarten teacher in Indianapolis, teacher/administrator of a nursery school coop, director of a private childcare center, supervisor of pre-kindergarten teachers and director of the Child Development Laboratories at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Dr. Moberly has made more than 200 presentations and written extensively on topics related to parenting, early childhood development and education nationally and internationally throughout her career.
