Looking Back: The 2008 VP Debate at Wash U

Sen. Joe Biden and Gov. Sarah Palin squared off at Washington University.

Thursday night's vice presidential debate between Vice President Joe Biden and Rep. Patch Red Arch/Blue Arch Experts Preview The VP Debate; Come Watch With Us

Joe Biden and Paul Ryan will meet Thursday night in Kentucky for their lone Vice Presidential debate. Once again, Patch and FOX2 are teaming up with Wehrenberg Theatres for a pair of watch parties.

Should viewers expect to see Vice President Joe Biden go on offense Thursday night in his debate with Republican Paul Ryan as a way to shore up President Obama's debate performance last week? Should Ryan de-emphasize his conservative views as a way of shoring up the support of swing voters? These were among some of the ideas raised by participants in the latest Red Arch/Blue Arch survey, a non-scientific look at issues and events surrounding the 2012 campaign cycle. Responses came from 23 Republicans and 17 Democrats. When asked which candidate would win the debate, 96 percent of Republicans said Ryan would win by a slim or a wide margin. The first and only vice presidential debate between Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan is set for 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11.
