Second Man Charged in Cell Phone Robbery

A second man has been charged in a robbery on the Delmar Loop in which two men forcibly stole a cell phone from a man. The men told officers they planned to steal an iPhone “from an Asian,” according to a University City Police report. Justin Shakespeare, 18, of the 600 block of Jefferson Street in St. Charles, was charged Nov. 21 with second-degree robbery. Darien Lewis-Wilke, 18, was charged with the crime Nov. 17. University City Police said Shakespeare and Lewis-Wilke approached the man, who was sitting at a table in the Ranoush Restaurant and Hookah Bar on Delmar Boulevard. The kids should not get out from jail. He is the one going around university city stealing people i phone. He should realize people work hard for their money and now they have to buy a new i phone becauuse of that. But what i don't understand is why going after 'asian people' why?
