University City Police said Breeanna E. Eaton and another person broke into three U City homes in February and March.
A Maplewood woman is accused of participating in three burglaries in University City in February and March. Breeanna E. Eaton, 27, of the 7600 block of Jerome Avenue in Maplewood, was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of felony stealing and one count of misdemeanor stealing. University City Police said Eaton and another person entered three U City homes and stole several items: Police said Eaton went to each of the three locations with another person, allowed her car to be used in the burglaries and shared in money gained from selling the items. The department arrested 50 adults and three juveniles. There was one burglary, two attempted burglaries and two car thefts. University City Police said Terrell Sanders had sex with the girl between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28.
A University City man is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Terrel E. Sanders, 23, of the 6500 block of Corbitt Avenue in U City, was charged April 11 with second-degree statutory rape. University City Police said Sanders has sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28. Bail was set at $50,000 for Sanders. University City Police said Terron Jackson was illegally carrying the weapon in the 8000 block of Noel Court.
University City Police found a man carrying a concealed TEC-9 semi-automatic pistol March 15 in University City. Terron Jackson, 19 of the 1100 block of 18th Street in St. Louis, was charged March 16 with unlawful use of a weapon. University City Police reported an officer stopped Jackson in the 8000 block of Noel Court after the officer saw him take some suspicious actions, including throwing away a bag that contained a TEC-9 semi-automatic handgun. The gun had a magazine with 32 live rounds. During a search, the officer said he found Jackson had some marijuana. Bail for Jackson was set at $10,000. University City Police have identified the body of the woman found dead Monday behind a vacant building at 7034 Arcadia. In a press release, Detective Sgt. Fredrick Lemons identified the victim as Cynthia Clements, a 30-year-old white female, of the 1100 block of Briscoe. A woman's body was found on a vacant property on Arcadia Avenue, St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
A woman in her 30's was found dead in a vacant lot on the 7000 block of Arcadia Avenue in University City, St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. KMOV identified the woman, who was found around 1 a.m. Monday morning, as Cynthia Clements. Authorities told KMOV they are considering the death suspicious but "saw no outward signs of trauma," according to the report. University City Police said the Overland man stole a rifle, TV, two knives and collectible coins.
An Overland man was accused of breaking into a University City home between March 14 and March 18 and stealing several items. John Hamby, 27, of the 2300 block of Hood Avenue in Overland, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary, stealing a firearm and felony theft. University City Police said Hamby entered a home in the 1200 block of Mount Olive Avenue in U City and stole a rifle, a Sony television, two knives and collectible coins. A witness identified Hamby’s car, according to court documents. Hamby is being held in St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $40,000.
