T. Michael McDowell is leaving his post as the city manager in Olivette to take the position of city administrator in Wentzville. McDowell was the Wentzville Board of Aldermen's choice from five finalist candidates under consideration. According to a press release from the City of Wentzville, McDowell has nearly 40 years of city manager/administrator experience, having worked in multiple suburban areas across four states, including Olivette and Creve Coeur. “Wentzville is a great place to live, work, and raise a family," McDowell said.
