This weekend, a town hall meeting hopes to provide residents the chance to ask questions and get answers. Councilwoman Paulette Carr is holding the town hall meeting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at Heman Park Community Center. Carr said she hopes to clear up any misunderstandings about the project. A release on the event reads as follows: The initial design for the Loop Trolley included a roundabout for Delmar Blvd. in front of City Hall.
