Police: U City Man Exposed Himself and Grabbed Woman's Breast in Maplewood Commons Restroom
Maplewood detectives arrested the University City man on May 3.
The following information was supplied by the Maplewood Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction Curtis Smith Jr., 31, of University City was arrested by Maplewood Police detectives on May 3, after warrants were issued by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Office for sexual misconduct in the first degree and sexual misconduct in the second degree. On April 7,Smith entered the women’s restroom of a Maplewood Commons business where a female employee was cleaning. Police say Smith exposed himself and grabbed the woman's breast without her consent.
