A woman is dead and a man is in critical condition after an early-morning shooting near Forest Park on Thursday. The shooting happened around 6 a.m. in the 6600 block of Oakland Avenue across from Forest Park near Clayton, Richmond Heights and University City, Patch's news partner FOX-2 reported on Thursday. The woman has been identified as Tequila Sanford, a 26-year-old resident living on Oakland Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene, FOX-2 reported. The annual event celebrates and supports independently-owned record stores across the country.
