The Washington University Police Department is reporting a robbery and auto theft that occurred late last night in the Delmar Loop. According to the Washington University Police, the robbery occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the 600 block of Leland (near Leland and Delmar). The Wash U crime alert reports the following: Police in University City are investigating a robbery and auto theft that occurred about 12:15am on Thursday. The victim reported that he was approached by two subjects as he exited his car in the 600 block of Leland. The subjects requested assistance in starting a vehicle.
