Help U City Make a Difference

University City is coordinating a city-wide effort, where volunteers help cleanup neighborhoods, alleys, and streets.

The unofficial National Day of Doing Good is later this month and University City is seeking volunteers to come together on Saturday, October 22 and improve the lives of others.

Make a Difference Day is the largest national day of community service - a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors.

University City is coordinating some city-wide volunteer efforts and is hoping for a big volunteer turnout. The service projects include; cleaning up Olive Boulevard, the River des Peres, alleys, and assisting with parks projects. Hundreds of communities and thousands of volunteers around the U.S. are expected to participate in this National Day of service.
