The University City Parks Foundation funded the new tree identification signage you'll soon see around University City's Tree Walks.
The walks are the work of University City's Urban Forestry Commission. Each walk highlights the many diverse trees in our city. We were delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to the walks.
Don't forget the Bike The Tree Walk Fund Raiser on October 13. There is still time to sign up. This unique fundraiser includes a guided bike tour around the tree walks, a four course luncheon in the parks, and a silent auction. The event benefits tree replacement in University City and also benefits the University City Parks Foundation.
