Ring Around the Roundabout: Flower Boxes Make Mock Roundabout
Construction began Tuesday morning on the roundabout in front of University City City Hall.
The City of University City shut down the area at Delmar Blvd. and Trinity Tuesday to begin construction work on the mock roundabout.
The temporary design consists of about 1,400 feet of asphalt curbing along the edges of Trinity and Delmar and the edges of splitter islands.
Concrete planters and reflective safety barrels were placed in the inner circle of the roundabout.
