The terrain for this ride is flat to rolling with some moderate hills. On this ride cyclists will be pedaling the Bike St. Louis route, a Great Rivers Greenway project.

This urban ride features some of St. Louis’s most distinct neighborhoods and destinations including Soulard, Lafayette Park, Tower Grove Park and the Central West End.
The route also includes a stop at the Velodrome – daring riders are encouraged to take a spin.

Directions: From downtown St. Louis take I-55 south and exit at Arsenal St. (exit 206C) and go left. Turn left at S. Broadway and left on Lynch St. Parking lot is on the left.
