Watch: Newark Mayor Cory Booker Gives Wash U Commencement Address

The university awarded 2,873 degrees to undergraduate, graduate and professional students.

Newark N.J. Mayor Cory A. Booker gave the 2013 Commencement address at Washington University, Friday, May 17.

"This day is the result of a grand conspiracy of love," he told the graduates. "So many people came together to make this day so special for the graduates."
