University City High School will host a college fair through the Missouri Association of College Admission Counseling again this year. St. Louis area high school students are welcome to attend the fair planned for Monday, Nov. 5 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the UCHS gymnasium at 7401 Balson Ave. in University City.
Representatives at the fair will talk with students and parents, answer questions about the college admissions process and provide information about their respective schools.
The 58 colleges that will be represented range from four-year universities to two-year colleges and technical schools. Washington University, St. Louis University and the University of Missouri-Columbia are just a few of the in-state institutions that will have representatives on hand to greet participants.
A few out of state participants include the University of Dayton, Ottawa University and Drake University.
The college fair attracts approximately 400 students and parents each year.
Pre-registration is not required, but UCHS counselors recommend that students prepare a list of questions to ask the college representatives about degree offerings, admissions requirements or other topics.
Students or parents with questions regarding the college fair may contact Rashida Miller at 314-290-4111 or email@example.com.
