UCHS Class Reunions Give Back to Alma Mater

The classes of 1992 and 2002 participated in a service project July 20-22.

Over the weekend of July 20-22, the classes of 1992 and 2002 celebrated their 20 and 10 year class reunions. As part of the festivities, each class requested a tour of the UCHS campus and also asked to “give back” by participating in a service project. 

The tours and service project were held Saturday, July 21. Each class was greeted by  and the tours were conducted by Assistant Principal Ernest Carter.  

After the tour, Class of 2002 alum Brittany Shackelford, said her class really enjoyed the tour.

"It was great to see the new wings of the high school and the ongoing improvements. It brought back wonderful memories of walking through the halls with our fellow classmates," she said. "Having Mr. B give us part of the tour and being able to participate with the cafeteria makeover was an honor! Our 10 year reunion weekend was a success and a lot more memories were made."
