Swearing In of School Board Members Thursday
At a special meeting of the University City School Board.
The school board will swear in its new members Thursday in a special meeting.
Incumbent Linda Peoples retains her seat and newcomer John Clark will take the seat vacated by Ellen Bern, who didn't file for reelection.
An executive session will begin at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the McNair Administration Building. The work session will be held at 6:15 p.m. and the swearing in will follow the meeting.

The board also will hold a work session. Items on the agenda include:
- Disposition Committee Presentation
- Alternative Plan for McNair Building
- McCarthy/Kwame Request
- Policies – Various Sections
The meeting is open to the public.
