School District Introduces New School Building to the Public
Barbara C. Jordan Elementary School is located at 1500 N. 82nd Boulevard.
The University City School District officially introduced its newest school building during a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday.
The new Barbara C. Jordan Elementary School is located at 1500 N. 82nd Boulevard. The two-story building has 24 classrooms capable of accommodating up to 500 students, including specialized classrooms and specialty spaces that will enable students to do more exploratory work.
The District will use the building for meetings in late spring and summer prior to the return of students in the fall of 2011.
