The Delmar Divide
In early March of 2012 Franz Strasser, a reporter for BBC World in Washington was researching background information on St. Louis for a news report. He found himself filming a second news report based on what his research uncovered; a city still segregated. The , as they share their insights into racial and socioeconomic segregation in the city.
Guests will utilize a specially developed discussion guide created by ADL Project Director, Tabari Coleman, and receive an informational brochure on St. Louis demographics provided by the St. Louis Beacon.
A series of community conversations will take place between this kickoff event on Oct. 25 at the Missouri History Museum and a concluding conversation at The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts on Dec. 12.
