Civil Rights Leader Julian Bond to Speak at Washington University

Julian Bond will speak at Wash U on April 1st.

Julian Bond, the former chairman of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), is slated to speak at Washington University next month.

According to a press release from Wash U,  the civil rights leader will deliver the keynote address for the Chancellor’s Graduate Fellowship 20th Anniversary Conference and Alumni Reunion.

Bond’s address, titled “Post Racial America: Fact or Fiction?” will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 1, in Graham Chapel. It is free and open to the public.
