Celebrate U City School Retirees, Honorees Thursday
The School District of University City invites the public to participate in honoring the district's 2013 VIPs.
The School District of University City is honoring its teachers and support staff Thursday night and it wants the public to join in.
The annual Honorees and Retirees reception will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, May, 23, at Jackson Park Elementary School.
The District will honor 2013-14 Teacher of the Year Byron McKinney and Educational Support Person of the Year Marion Reed. Awards for 25 and 30 years of service also will be given.
