Property Tax Assessment Appeals Due July 8

St. Louis County Assessor Jake Zimmerman released preliminary real property values for most properties in St. Louis County in March.

Property owners who disagree with the Assessor’s estimate of the value of their property have until July 8, 2013 to file an appeal to the St. Louis County Board of Equalization, according to a press release from the Assessor's office.

The deadline to appeal is set by state law as the second Monday in July.
