  • Bill 9152 — An ordinance amending Section 10.44.-1- of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by allowing parking on the south side of Loop South as provided herein.
  • Bill 9153 — An ordinance amending Chapter 10.48, parking meters, of the University City Municipal Code by reorganizing certain sections therein and by amending said sections to reconstitute the City’s parking zones, revising the time limitations pertinent to said zones, and by adding “Parking Pay Station” regulations.

  • Bill 9154 — An ordinance approving a final plat for a minor subdivision of a tract of land to be known as Forsyth Place Resubdivision Lot 4 in Block 2 of Forsyth Place Subdivision
  • Bill 9155 — An ordinance approving a redevelopment contract between the City’s Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority and Habitat for Humanity St. Louis and authorizing the transfer of property for said redevelopment, all as provided herein
