  • Bill 9149 — An ordinance declaring 8342 Delcrest Drive redevelopment area blighted under the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority law; approving a redevelopment plan for the area; and finding that the redeveloper is qualified for tax abatement.
  • Bill 9150 — An ordinance establishing the Delmar/Delcrest Community Improvement District and making necessary findings and authorizing certain actions related thereto.
  • Bill 9151 — An ordinance authorizing the City of University City, to enter into a lease purchase transaction, the proceeds of which will be used to pay the costs of currently refunding the City’s outstanding Certificates of Participation (City of University City, lessee), Series 2004, and advance refunding the City’s outstanding Certificates of Participation (City of University City, lessee), Series 2004; and authorizing the execution of certain documents and actions in connection therewith.

  • Bill 9152 — An ordinance amending Section 10.44.-1- of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by allowing parking on the south side of Loop South as provided herein.
  • Bill 9153 — An ordinance amending Chapter 10.48, parking meters, of the University City Municipal Code by reorganizing certain sections therein and by amending said sections to reconstitute the City’s parking zones, revising the time limitations pertinent to said zones, and by adding “Parking Pay Station” regulations. 

The board may also go into an executive session. The meeting is open to the public.
