Councilmembers will see U City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan during a special Council Study Session, scheduled for Monday, Jan. 23, 2012, at 5:30 pm.
University City in partnership with Trailnet are hoping to use the plan to improve conditions for walking and cycling throughout the community.
The draft of the master plan is expected to be finalized by mid-January.
