City Council to Discuss Loop Trolley, Development with Olivette

The University City city council will look at extending a joint redevelopment plan with the City of Olivette for eight months.

The University City City Council is slated to meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, in the fifth floor chamber of .
