M. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

BILLS
1. BILL 9118 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.010 parking prohibited on certain streets at all times,” thereby amending said section so as to restrict parking at all times on the west side of Melville Avenue thereof from Delmar Boulevard to Kingsbury Avenue, and on the north side of Loop South thereof from Melville Avenue to ninety (90) feet west; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty.
(The final numbers for the tax rate have not come back from St. Louis County, so numbers can change)

2. BILL .9133 - An ordinance ordering the levy and fixing the rate of property taxes to be collected in the City of University City for the Year 2011 to provide for General Revenue, Police and Firefighter Retirement, General Obligation Bond Debt Service, and for the University City LOOP Special Business District and the Parkview Gardens Special Taxing District

3. BILL. 9134 - An ordinance ordering the levy and fixing the rate of property taxes to be collected in the City of University City for the Year 2011 to provide for the establishment and maintenance of a free Public Library and Reading Room.

N. NEW BUSINESS

RESOLUTIONS

BILLS TO BE INTRODUCED

1. BILL 9136 An ordinance authorizing the City of University City,Missouri, to amend the trust indenture pursuant to which its Industrial Development revenue bonds (Winco Redevelopment Corporation, Inc. project) series 2003 in the original principal amount of $5,800,000 were issued; and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.

2. BILL 9137 – An ordinance amending Chapter 1.08 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to corporate boundaries and ward boundaries, by repealing Section 1.08.020 thereof, relating to wards, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 1.08.020 wards”, thereby amending said section so as to change the boundaries of the City’s three wards.
