1. Resolution 2011 – 6 A resolution delegating a certain level of budget transfer authority to the City Manager.

This resolution was postponed from March 14, 2011 Council meeting and is still awaiting legal opinion, so will be postponed till April 11, 2011 Council meeting.

2. Resolution 2011 – 7 A resolution on the City Council’s use of equivalent money received from the Community Development Block Grant Disaster fund.
