1. Purchase of two leaf vacuums. Staff recommends contract be awarded to Key Equipment and Supply Co. for $70,290.

2. Purchase of two refuse collection trucks. Staff recommends contract be a.warded to Key Equipment & Supply for the Wayne Curbtender/Peterbilt for $227,495

3. Purchase of a dump truck replacement unit. Staff recommends contract be awarded to Truck Centers/Midwest Systems for the amount of $83,040.

4. Purchase of an ambulance Staff recommends contract be awarded to the second lowest bidder, Emergency Services Supply for $207,000.

5. Purchase of Replacement Computer Equipment. Staff recommends purchasing the annual desktop computer order from World Wide Technology, using the Missouri State contracted rates for a total of $28,381.01

6. Annual purchase of Police Uniforms for FY 12. Nine bid invitations were sent, only one was returned from Leon Uniform for $28,342.59.

7. Annual order for vehicle fuel for FY 12. Staff recommends contract be awarded to lowest bidder, Energy Petroleum Company for $288,045.

8. Liquor License for Seki’s Japanese Restaurant/Blue Ocean Sushiat 6335 Delmar for sale of beer and wine, to include Sunday sales.

10. Annual Order of Office Supplies. Staff recommends that janitorial supplies be divided between two bidders, New System for $19,688.21 and Industrial Supply Company for $10,866.91 for a total of $30,555.12.

11. Annual Order of Janitorial Supplies. Staff recommends approval of the Missouri State contract with Staples for estimated amount of $45,300 for the next fiscal year.

1. Resolution 2011 – 10 Budget Transfers

BILLS TO BE INTRODUCED

2. BILL 9118 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.010 parking prohibited on certain streets at all times,” thereby amending said section so as to restrict parking at all times on the west side of Melville Avenue thereof from Delmar Boulevard to Kingsbury Avenue, and on the north side of Loop South thereof from Melville Avenue to ninety (90) feet west; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty.

3. BILL 9119 – An ordinance clarifying and amending certain city ordinances relating to the Olive Boulevard Central Tax Increment Financing Commission, District, and Redevelopment Plan; ratifying the actions of the commission with regard to the plan; and accepting the transfer of assets from and dissolving the commission.

4. BILL 9120 - An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 thereof, relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections”, thereby amending said section so to designate the intersection of Enright Avenue and Westgate Avenue as a stop intersection; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty
