Update: Crews Douse Warehouse Fire in U City
The fire started on the roof of a warehouse on Olive.
A warehouse fire on Olive Blvd. Saturday destroyed a building.
Witnesses told Fox2Now that roofers were working on the top of the one story brick building at 6504 Olive Blvd. when the fire started. It quickly consumed the roof and clouds of smoke could be seen for miles, Fox 2 reported.

The blaze was fairly close to the University City Fire Department's new firehouse, which is still under construction.
No one was injured in the fire and crews from the City of St. Louis, Clayton and Mid-County Fire Protection District assisted U City firefighters.
