12-14322 7807 Trenton Ave. May 3The victim stated he awoke to find an unknown suspect in his bedroom. The suspect fled from the residence. Entry was gained through a window. An electronic data recorder and charger were stolen from the residence.

12-14011 8668 Olive Blvd. April 30Person(s) unknown gained access to property owned by CMW Equipment Co. by damaging a padlock on the front gate. The suspect(s) stole steel and aluminum equipment along with scrap metal.
Witnesses observed a dumpster on fire at 717 Lepere. Two other dumpsters in immediate area had minor fires set.
