A University City man faces charges for not feeding or caring for two horses in Kinloch.

The Humane Society of Missouri filed a report that said Eric Hearton, 45, of the 1000 block of Raisher Drive in University City, failed to care for two sorrel horses near the corner of Gregory and Mable in Kinloch.

The Humane Society’s report reads that the two horses have been abused as a result of Hearton’s failure to care for them.
