According to KMOV, 22-year-old Keisha Nicole Tyler and 21-year-old Eric Irons were both charged with second-degree burglary. Tyler also was charged with resisting arrest by flight.

University City Police told Patch on Tuesday that the burglary and chase began in the 6800 block of Plymouth. KMOV reports that Tyler, Irons, and another man burglarized a home, stealing electronics. The three then made a get away with Tyler driving the get away vehicle.

After police received the call, they chased the vehicle down Sutter Avenue. When officers attempted to pull them over, Tyler led them on a chase.

The suspect's vehicle eventually crashed near the intersection of Etzel and Hodiamont in the City of St. Louis.

Police took Tyler into custody after the crash. Irons and the other man fled on foot.

Officers tracked Irons to a vacant home in the 5900 block of Julian Avenue and arrested him, KMOV reports. The other suspect got away and authorities are still searching for him.
