Snow Patrol: Roads Fine in University City

Authorities aren't reporting any major problems on the roadways, but urge motorists to slow down and take it easy. Plus, here is another weather-related note.

Authorities say the roads in University City are plowed, but they are urging motorists to take their time.

University City Police Capt. Michael Ransom told Patch there have been no major accidents reported because of the snow, but the department reminds everyone that roads are slick.

"Drive safe," Ransom said.

In other weather-related news today, lap and public swim sessions are cancelled for Monday, March 25, at the Natatorium due to the cancellation of classes in the School District of University City.

The Science Center is opening late at 10:30 a.m. due to snow.
