St. Louis Paramedic Shot Outside University City Laundromat
A man is in critical condition after being shot in University City Wednesday night.
A paramedic with the St. Louis Fire Department was shot in University City Wednesday night outside of a laundromat in the 7200 block of Balson. The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. outside of .
The man is listed in critical condition at an area hospital, according to a press release from the University City Police Department. KSDK has identified the shooting victim as Chaun Williams. University City Police say he was shot multiple times. According to several media sources dozens of shell casings were found at the scene.
University City detectives continue to investigate the incident.
