Man Charged with Shooting in University City

Allen C. Sims, 22, of the 900 block of Cole Street in St. Louis, is being charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
said in a report that Sims fired a shot at the victim in the 6800 block of Corbitt Avenue. A witness saw Sims shoot at the victim, according to the police report. No one was injured.
