David LaPrade Pleads Guilty to Lambert Airport Bar Break-In, Left Alcohol-Soaked Skivvies Behind

The Lambert-St. Louis International Airport traveler broke through a security gate Dec. 30 to raid the Pasta House bar, but left clothing and his cell phone behind.

A man who broke into a closed Pasta House restaurant and bar at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport to drink pleaded guilty Friday to second-degree burglary and second-degree property damage.

Airport Police said David LaPrade, 24, of Southampton, MA, broke through a security gate to get into the restaurant and left his alcohol-soaked underwear and T-shirt and a cell phone behind the restaurant’s bar.

Airport Police Chief Paul Mason told Patch that LaPrade drank alcohol while inside the restaurant and “spilled quite a bit of it.”
