Bullets Fly in University City Neighborhood

A shooting Wednesday night in University City left bullet holes in cars and nearby buildings. No one was injured.

The University City Police Department is investigating a shooting Wednesday night at the University Commons apartment complex on the 6400 block of North Drive according to KSDK.com.

No one was hurt. Some car windows and apartment windows were shattered by the gunfire.

Neighbors told KSDK.com they heard at least 20 shots fired between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening. University City Police say "those involved ran from the scene."
