University City Mayor Shelley Welsch announced Monday that Municipal Judge Frank Hankin had died.
Welsch announced Hankin's passing at the University City City Council meeting Monday. She noted his 20 years of service as a municipal judge.
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Hankin passed away July 3, 2013.
The funeral service is slated for 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, at Rindskopfroth Funeral Chapel, 5216 Delmar Blvd.
