As most of you know, Chance was abruptly taken from us on May 16th, 2011 in a fatal car accident in St. Louis. Anyone who knew him, knew he was a beautiful person inside and out and was definitely one of a kind. His smile could light up any room in an instant and there was no way to NOT have a good time with him around. Chance is survived by countless family members and numerous friends. For anyone who knew him, knew he never met a stranger. However, most importantly, Chance is survived by his pride and joys...his children.

Chance was the loving father of Keyshawn-7, Ava-3, and little Monty, who is due to arrive in three weeks. In loving memory of Monty "Chance" Fannon, we have set up a Memorial Fund through USBANK. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations that will be used for his three surviving children.

If you could help us spread the word, we would greatly appreciate it. Chance touched so many lives in his short time here on earth, and it would be impossible to contact them all individually. So hopefully, through the wonderful world of technology, we can let as many know as possible so that they may pay their respects to the man we've all come to know and love.

The memorial is set to take place on Saturday, May 21st at the Null & Sons Funeral Home in Rolla, MO. The visitation will begin at 11 a.m. followed by the service at 2 p.m.

On behalf of his family and friends, we want to say "Thank You" for all of the thoughts, prayers and amazingly outpouring of support and generosity that we have received. It just goes to show what an amazing man he was and will continue to be as he lives on in each of us everyday.

There will be a benefit for the Monty Chance Fannon Memorial Fund this Sunday at 9pm at 609 Lounge and Restaurant at 609 Eastgate Ave.
