'The Story Lady' Leaving Gig at Subterranean Books
Storyteller Georgy Rock is leaving her gig at Subterranean Books to become a full-time minister.
You don't have to be a kid to know that !
The seasoned storyteller has been leading storytime on Thursdays at for two years. Now, comes news that Rock will be leaving her gig at the Loop bookstore to become a fulltime minister, for the Center of Divine Love.
Rock's last daytime storytime will be this Thursday, October 27th at Subterranean Books from 11:30am to noon. Her last storytime ever at Subterranean Books will Halloween night from 7pm to 8pm. Kids seven and under are welcome. Costumes are encouraged. There will decorations, party favors and Halloween stories.
