Annual U City in Bloom Bulb Sale is October 12
Bulbs can be preordered until Oct. 5 online.
The annual U City in Bloom bulb sale is fast approaching.
The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, in the Delmar Loop. Tents will be set up in front of St. Louis Bread Company.
Bulbs can be preordered through U City in Bloom's web site. By preordering, patrons can get the number, color and unusual variety of the bulbs they want and just pick them up on the day of the bulb sale.

Patrons are still welcome to stay at the sale and browse. U City in Bloom asks that online patrons place their order by Oct. 5.
The purchase of bulbs at the bulb sale supports U City in Bloom's efforts to plant hundreds of new bulbs annually in the public flower beds in our community. Each spring the multitude of colorful flowering bulbs throughout the city both welcomes and announce the new season.
