Tai Chi Classes at UUMC
University United Methodist Church is offering an 8-week "Peace in Motion" tai chi class on Tuedays at 1:00 p.m. beginning October 1. Tai Chi is a gentle form of both exercise and relaxation. Proven benefits include improved balance, immunity, and joint flexibility, along with increased strength, decreased blood pressure, reduced stress, and more! Classes are only $5 per session, pay as you go. All levels of fitness are accommodated. Tai Chi connects the mind, body, and spirit for a refreshing hour of peace.
