Get your groove on at the Saint Louis Zoo. Dance to the tunes of Griffin & the Gargoyles as part of the zoo’s Jungle Boogie Friday Night Concert Series. The concerts are held at the Schnuck Family Plaza near the sea lion basin in the center of the zoo.

CHEAP DATE NIGHT AT THE SCIENCE CENTER
The Perseid Meteor Shower hits its peak on Saturday, so the Science Center is offering a Cheap Date Night event. Attendees will take in a star show, a simulation of the meteor shower and more, accompanied by snacks and a cash bar.


Have you struggled to lose weight and think you need added motivation – like millions of people chronicling your journey? Head to Chesterfield Mall on Saturday where the NBC reality TV show,“The Biggest Loser,” is holding a casting call. The show is looking for individuals and teams of two who have at least 85 lbs to lose. If applying in person bring a photo.
