UCHS WINTER CHOIR CONCERT
University City High School puts on its Winter Choir Concert Thursday night. The show will be in the school auditorium. Admission is $5.

RECEPTION FOR U CITY LIBRARY'S DECEMBER ARTIST
The library holds a reception Friday evening for its December artist, Melanie Terry. Her work will be on display in THE GALLERY of the U City Public Library from Friday, December 2nd through Thursday, December 29th. Terry's work is entitled “Strata,” and features abstract oil paintings representing the aesthetics of nature by local artist Melanie Terry.

A NIGHT OF ACTIVIST THEATER AT RAC
An evening of activist theater at the Regional Arts Commission on Thursday night. STANDING BY, STANDING UP, a one-man show about Bullying Prevention. THE SCRIPT, a one-man show about Dating Violence Prevention. A number of social work & violence prevention agencies will be in attendance. A panel discussion will follow the performances. ARTS AND CRAFT SHOW AT RAC
Pick up some fabulous locally made holiday gifts this Saturday during Artopy 2011 at the Regional Arts Commission. Artropy is a unique arts & crafts show featuring handmade goods created by over thirty local St. Louis artists as well as live music. Items for sale include, art, jewelry, fashion accessories and baby items.

OUTDOOR CRAFT FESTIVAL
The Skinker DeBaliviere Community is hosting an outdoor crafts sale in the spirit of the holiday season. There will be handmade gifts, toys, decorations, baked goods, hot cider, and roasted chestnuts for sale. Wintermarkt also features live music, carriage rides, and a blacksmith demonstration.
