Award Winning Burger Now on Menu at Winslow's Home

The hamburger that wowed the crowd at this summer's first annual  in Brentwood is now on the menu at  in U City.

Chef Cary McDowell's creation uses Missouri grass fed beef. The burger is served on brioche with white bbq sauce. It won Best Burger, as selected by the audience at the competition.

McDowell's competitors included chefs from Local Harvest Café in St. Louis, Harvest Restaurant in Richmond Heights, Robust Wine Bar & Café in Webster Groves and Modesto Tapas Bar and Restaurant.
