The Moonrise Hotel hosted a trashy fashion show on Friday night.
The Garbage Bag Gala is a fashion show that pits pairs of designers and models against each other. The catch? Designers may use only garbage bags, Duct tape and recycled materials for their creations.
It's an event to raise awareness about Salvation Army’s homeless services and emergency social service programs.
