Learn About the Loop Media Hub

A Loop Media Hub event is Thursday night.

Want to learn about the Loop Media Hub and how it may transform University City? 

“The Future of American Cities – The Loop Media Hub Ecodistrict and Kansas City Google Fiber Initiatives” will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday, at Washington University. 

In this session, David Sandel President of Sandel & Associates, leadership from The Kansas City Google Fiber initiative including Aaron Deacon Director of KC Digital Drive and Mike Brown of The Brainzooming Group will come together and review both of these exciting initiatives as well as the collaboration that has taken place between the two communities since June 2011.

After the presentation, a special panel session with members from both Kansas City and The Loop Media Hub community will consider the future of the St. Louis region as a Gigabit City.

  • Joint KC Google Fiber / Loop Media Hub presentation — 7-8 p.m. 
  • Panel Session with KETC moderator Jim Kerchherr — 8-8:30 p.m.
Special panelists from The Loop will also include Kelly Pollock, COCA, and Jeff Mugg from the St. Louis Design Alliance.
