Lease the Loop, a web site dedicated to retail vacancies in the Delmar Loop, is now live.
Jessica Bueler of the Loop Special Business District told Patch that the planning and creation of the site took over a year. The site is the result of a collaboration between the Loop SBD and Washington University.
The site is aimed at prospective retail and business tenants for the Loop. Lease the Loop allows interested businesses to search property available for lease, with practical details such as address, price per square foot, types of utilities and other amenities available.
Prospective retailers, restauranteurs and those seeking office space can find available space with specific information, surrounding businesses and demographics about the area. A complete list of current available properties is available here.
